PUBLIC NOTICE

ADJUSTMENT OF SUPPLIER ANNUAL REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL FEES.

STATUTORY INSTRUMENT NUMBER 9 OF 2021

The Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) wishes to notify stakeholders and the general public that supplier annual registration and renewal fees have been adjusted upwards from the current K150.00 to K300.00. The adjustment is effective March 1, 2021. All suppliers of goods, works and services are required to register on the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System in order to participate in tenders that are advertised electronically. 

The e-GP System is an electronic platform that is used by procuring entities to conduct public procurement processes.
