1.     REMINDER ON SUBMISSION OF QUARTERLY PROCUREMENT REPORTS

This serves as a reminder to all procuring entities (Ministries, Parastatals, Local Authorities and other Spending Agencies) that Second Quarter Procurement Reports for 2021 are due on 15th July, 2021. All procuring entities are directed to submit the said reports by 15th July, 2021 in the format prescribed in the Zambia Public Procurement Authority Circular No. 1 of 2015. 2.     REMINDER ON SUBMISSION OF MONTHLY REPORTS ON PROCUREMENTS UNDERTAKEN THROUGH DIRECT BIDDING PROCUREMENT METHOD

This serves as a reminder to all procuring entities (Ministries, Parastatals, Local Authorities and other Spending Agencies) that June 2021 reports on procurements undertaken through direct bidding procurement method are required to be submitted to the Authority by 15th July, 2021. Procuring entities should prepare the reports in the format prescribed in the Zambia Public Procurement Authority Circular No. 3 of 2017.
