ZPPA aims for a consistently high level of usability for its entire audience throughout its website, following best-practice accessibility guidelines. In this regard, the website is:

• reviewed for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 compliance at Level AA;
• uses a 'Skip to main content' link which is positioned off-screen but can be picked up by screen readers and keyboard users; and
• enables text resizing and the application of alternate styles via the visitor’s browser

In addition, the website is compatible with various modern browsers, and has a “responsive” layout that adapts to a wide variety of screen resolutions and device viewports (i.e. smartphones, tablets, and desktop screens). As a result, visitors can access the same information and services irrespective of the hardware/software they are using.
