This report depicts the cost overrun per contract award, for any contract award that has one or more amendments. Amendments that do not change the value of the contract are ignored. The result is a positive number for increases in contract award amount and a negative number for a reduction in the contract award amount. The following values are shown for each contract:

• Procuring Entity
• Contract title
• Cost Overrun
• Original Value
• Start Date
• End Date

The data is published according to the schema defined by the Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS).
