The workshop is aimed at sensitizing and orienting Procurement Officers and suppliers on system integrations (IFMIS, PACRA, and ZRA), as well as the enhancements made to the e-GP system. It will also provide guidance on how to finalize tenders on the e-GP system.

These enhancements incorporate key workflows that have been realigned with the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020, the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 17 of 2023. They also form part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to improve the user experience of the e-GP system and to deliver high-quality customer service.
