PUBLICATION LICENCE

The publication licence determines the permission that users will have to access, use and re-use the data.

Zambia Public Procurement Authority publishes the e-GP data using the ODC Public Domain Dedication and Licence (ODCPDDL).

Under this licence users of the data are allowed to:

1. Share: To copy, distribute and use the data;
2. Create: To produce works from the data; and
3. Adapt: To modify, transform and build upon the data.
