This report depicts the Procuring Entities listed by the % of contract value that was procured from tenders with more than 3 bidders.

The report takes into consideration tenders with:

a value of at least 3 for the number of suppliers that provided bids
only active contracts

The report calculates the sum of the contract values for the included tenders. In addition, the report calculates the sum of the contract values of all active contracts for the particular Procuring Entity. The percentage is calculated as per below:
